Open banking regulation in Mexico: Kushki already complies with the new framework

Mexico's CNBV published last October the final open banking regulation, ending years of regulatory uncertainty. Payment Service Providers (PSPs) have 180 days to comply with the new open API requirements.

Kushki completed the implementation of technical requirements ahead of schedule, turning compliance into a competitive advantage over operators still in the process of adapting.
