Aron has focused his career primarily on developing a new generation of mobile operating systems for retail, mobile point-of-sale apps and consumable APIs for an enterprise toolset.

In addition to Kushki, Sebastian is Co-Founder of Alpha4 Ventures, board member of YaEsta.com and Angel Investor. He also serves as an advisor and board member of several startups in the United States and Latin America.

Lawyer with a Master of Laws from LSE. With over 13 years of experience, including 8 in the payments industry, he has advised international clients as well as startups and fintech companies. Since 2021, he has led Kushki’s legal team, driving its expansion in Latin America.
VP Regional Sales
An entrepreneur with a passion for technology and financial empowerment. He has founded several companies, including Billpocket, one of the first Mexican financial services platforms for accepting card payments under the aggregator model
Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
His career of almost 30 years in the payments industry is defined by his key roles in companies such as Global Payments, Elavon, Visa and Fiserv. He currently leads Kushki's revenue and growth strategy; he is also a member of the board of directors of the In Peace Foundation and an expert in financial risks, payment systems, acquiring, banking and more.
Country Manager
Carlos Molineiro is a Commercial Engineer from the Catholic University and a leading figure in the acquiring sector, with nearly 20 years of experience in the payments ecosystem. Before joining Kushki, he served as General Manager at the payment processor VirtualPOS and held the same position at Redelcom-Mercado Pago. His solid track record also includes over 10 years at Transbank, where he led various strategic areas. In addition to his executive role, Molineiro has been a certified mentor at the UC Innovation Center for more than seven years, where he supports projects related to social and economic impact ventures.
Country Manager Perú y Ecuador
Carlos has over 14 years of experience in the technology industry, particularly in the sales departments of various companies in the country. Prior to joining Kushki, he served as Head of Corporate Sales for Niubiz. He also holds positions as New Business Development Manager and Corporate Sales Manager at VisaNet Peru. Additionally, he has worked for major organizations such as Ericsson and Nextel Peru.
