1. Security in the Handling and Transmission of Sensitive Data

We secure card data from storage to transmission.

PCI DSS Level 1:

We have the highest security certification in the card ecosystem. We apply 100% of the PCI DSS controls to our high sales volumes.

Tokenization:

We safeguard card data to prevent fraud, theft, and misuse of sensitive information by creating random characters (tokens) that simulate the numbers of each card (PAN).

Vault:

It is the only place where the consumer's card data is stored. Kushki's unified vault interface provides stringent control of information and complies with all PCI regulations to ensure the highest security.

Information Security Policy

Information Security Policy:

Kushki seeks to provide a comprehensive, secure, and easy-to-use service as part of its objectives.

In order to achieve this objective and provide security for the information of our clients and end users, all subsidiaries commit to recording all events carried out within the platform, whether executed by end users or by the company's operational staff.

In addition, Kushki commits to properly managing users and their access within Kushki Pagos' technological infrastructure, delivering quality and scalability in its products, and maintaining a focus on continuous improvement to achieve this objective in the long term.

To that end, a series of processes will be established, along with a set of rules for user and access management within its infrastructure. These processes and rules will be aligned with ISO 27001, and compliance with them is mandatory to support the Information Security Management System (ISMS).

Kushki makes this statement of commitment because the company considers it essential to have security policies, as they guide the personal and professional conduct of employees, suppliers, and third parties regarding the information obtained, generated, or processed by the company. Likewise, these policies will allow the company to operate under security best practices and comply with the legal requirements it is obligated to meet.

Due to the importance and sensitivity of the information, the information security system is included within the company's management system in a way that enables continuous improvement of the security system, based on risk management and business continuity at Kushki.
